From: Modulating effect of the PI3-kinase inhibitor LY294002 on cisplatin in human pancreatic cancer cells
PI3-kinase inhibitor enhances the growth inhibitory effects of cisplatin. Cell proliferation was measured by MTS assay. The combined administration of 10 μmol/L LY294002 and 5 μmol/L cisplatin inhibited cell growth in AsPC-1 (A) and PANC-1 (B) significantly.
