From: The effects of HIF-1alpha on gene expression profiles of NCI-H446 human small cell lung cancer cells
We used the tunel stain to investigate the effect of HIF-1alpha and SOCS1 on cell apoptosis and the apoptosis rate was calculated in all the experimental groups.
