Antitumor effects of oncolytic virus mediated Survivin RNAi in nude mice xenograft tumor model. 4-week-old female BALBC/C nude mice were injected subcutaneously with SW480 cells and then with adenoviruses injected through the tail vein. After 60 days, the mice were sarcrificed and the tumors were harvested.
