P-gp and MDR1 DNA predominantly expressed in intestine (A), lung (B), kidney (C) and the BMCs (D1), but they were not detected in the liver, spleen, brain and tumor tissues. Human MDR1 still could be detected in the BMCs in group A on Day 30 posttreatmen(D2).
