Effect of miR-145 on A549 and H23 cell cycle. A549 and H23 cells were stablely transfected with vector control or miR-145 expression vector. After 2 days, cells were harvested for cell cycle analysis. (A) Percentage of A549 cells transfected with vector control or miR-145 expression vector at different phases.
