(G) Cells transiently transfected with the empty pBV-luc plasmid vector or pBV-c-Myc-luc plasmid were treated for 24 h. Luciferase activity was normalized to protein concentration and then to measurements from pBV-luc-transfected, DMSO-treated control cultures. (H) ChIP assays of c-Myc binding to miR-145 DNA. The beta actin gene was used as an internal control.
