Prop.

  1. Effect of increasing Taurolidin (TRD) concentrations (100 μM, 250 μM and 1000 μM) in different cell lines measured by FACS analysis (Annexin V/Propidium Iodide). TRD concentrations in μM with significant differences in viable, apoptotic or necrotic cells compared to untreated controls.
  2. TRD = Taurolidin, Prop. = proportional, Anti-Prop. = anti-proportional
  3. Ø = no significant effect
  4. Bold print = TRD concentration (in μM) with the highest reduction of viable cells after 6 h and 24 h.
