(A) Representative phase contrast microscopy pictures of GBC-SD cells (a 1-3 ; original magnification, a 1 × 100, a 2 × 200, a 3 × 400) and SGC-996 cells (b 1-3 ; original magnification, b 1 × 100, b 2 × 200, b 3 × 400) with HE staining. Both GBC-SD and SGC-996 cells could invade through the matrix-coated membrane to the lower wells of Transwell plates. (B) The invaded number of GBC-SD cells were much more than that of SGC-996 cells (P = 0.0013).
