The results indicated that more MDA-MB-231 cells were blocked in G0/G1 stage after inhibition MTA1 gene by pGenesil-1/MTA1 shRNA plasmid(*P < 0.05), but in MCF-7 cells, there was no statistically significant difference of effect on cell cycle(P > 0.05).
