mRNA from TAMs and matched normal macrophage(Mφ) was analyzed by Quantitative real-time RT-PCR for expression of the indicated genes in 63 NSCLC samples. Results are given as fold increase in mRNA expression with respect to expression in matched Mφ. Data were normalized to expression of the β-actin gene. Mφ was used as a calibrator.
