TGF-β induces EMT and enhances RGC-32 expression in BxPC-3 cells. BxPC-3 cells were cultured and treated with 10 ng/ml of TGF-β1 for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, respectively. The morphology of cells at 72 h of TGF-β1 treatment was visualized with a phase contrast microscope (original magnification × 200, Nikon).
