The results shown are representative of three independent experiments. Treatment of SGC7901 cells with 30 μmol/L DIM caused a remarkable increase in CYP1A1 expression. This DIM-induced CYP1A1 expression was partially reversed by resveratrol in a concentration-dependent manner.
