(A) Relative miR-203 expression was examined in the indicated breast cancer cell lines and the MCF-10A cell line. (B) Relative BIRC5 expression at mRNA level was examined in the indicated breast cancer cell lines and the MCF-10A cell line. (C) Relative LASP1 expression at mRNA level was examined in the indicated breast cancer cell lines and the MCF-10A cell line. miR-203 expression was normalized to that of U6 in each sample.
