We found two major clusters in the samples; the cluster on the right consists of 8 of 13 (62%) PR samples (red) and the cluster on the left consists of 14 of 15 (93%) CR samples (green). Dot plot, heat map and clustering are based on results of 3-fold cross validation iterated 1000 times. The AUC for the single pair equation is 0·89, with a standard error of 0·067.
