Aqueous gall extract and luteolin induce UHRF1 and DNMT1 down-regulation and p16INK4Aup-regulation in HeLa cells. HeLa cells were exposed to G extract (A) or luteolin (B) at the indicated concentrations for 24 and 48 hours. DNMT1, UHRF1 p16INK4A were analyzed by western blotting. Results were representative of three separated experiments.
