MTA1 and miR-125b have antagonistic effects on the migration of NSCLC cells. A. Wound healing assay on the migration of 95D cells transfected with MTA1 shRNA or control shRNA, together with miR-125b inhibitor or control. The percentage of the wound healing was calculated as (the width of wound at 0 h - the width of wound at 36 h)/ the width of wound at 0 h. **P < 0.01 compared to controls. B. Wound healing assay on the migration of SPC-A-1 cells transfected with MTA1 shRNA or control shRNA, together with miR-125b inhibitor or control.
