Gene silencing of RABEX-5 inhibits breast cancer growth in vivo. (A), MCF-7/KD cells and MCF-7/NC cells were injected subcutaneously into nude mice. Mice were sacrificed after 4 weeks from transplant. (B-D), Tumor volume and tumor weight were measured after dissection. (B), Tumor volume were recorded 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after after tumor cell inoculated, and the final tumor weight (D) and volume (C) were determined. (E), MMP-9 protein levels in transplantation tumor samples were analyzed by western blot. GAPDH was used as an internal control.
