(A-B) The expression of ErbB4 protein in ESCC cell lines (Eca109, Ec9706, and TE-1) and esaphagel normal cell line (Het-1A) were analyzed using immunoblot analysis. (C) The expression of miR-302b in three esophageal cancer cell lines and Het-1A were analyzed using RT-PCR. (D) The relationship between the miR-302b expression level and ErbB4 protein expression level in the specimens of the patients were analyzed.
