GA affects the viability of MO-DCs at either state of activation as well as cancer cells to a similar extent. (a) MO-DCs on day 6 of culture, and (b) HEK293 and IGROV1 cells were treated with GA at the concentrations indicated for 48 h in triplicates. One h after application of GA, aliquots of MO-DCs were stimulated with the stimulation cocktail (see Methods) in addition. (a, b) Cell viability was quantified by MTT assay.
