This figure maps the locations of multiple overlapping microarray probes that can assess for LRs in this region. The MLH1/MSH2 MLPA kit (MRC-Holland, P003-C1) has only one MLPA probe in intron 10. The locations of the forward and reverse sequencing primers and the microarray probes that cover these regions are also depicted.
