(C) Differentially expressed mRNAs and (D) differentially expressed lncRNAs were analyzed using hierarchical clustering. Hierarchical clustering analysis arranges samples into groups based on their expression level, which allows us to evaluate the relationships between samples. “Red” indicates high relative expression, and “green” indicates low relative expression (mRNA fold changes ≥ 5 and lncRNA fold changes ≥ 3).
