(a) A phase contrast view of the plaque in an OMK cell monolayer at days 2, 4 and 6 post-infection, visualized in white light. (b) The same plaque viewed at excitation and emission wavelengths which allow EGFP to be visualized. (c) The same plaque viewed at excitation and emission wavelengths which allow mCherry to be visualized. Microscope used was a Nikon Diaphot, total magnification 400X, exposed for 1.5 seconds.
