TNFAIP2 expression was up-regulated in 81 glioma tissues and 5 glioma cells. A. shows that the expression levels of TNFAIP2 in 81 human glioma tissues were higher than in 5 non-cancerous brain tissues normalized to GAPDH. TNFAIP2 expression was higher in high-grade gliomas (WHO grades III and IV) than in low-grade gliomas (WHO grades I and II). B. shows that the expression levels of TNFAIP2 mRNA in 5 glioma cell-lines were higher than in5 non-cancerous brain tissues. C.
