Anti-tumor efficacy of Ub-enriched proteins vaccine in EL4 tumor model. The anti-tumor efficacy of Ub-enriched protein vaccine was evaluated in EL4 murine models. (A) Twenty C57BL/6 mice were injected s.c. with 1 × 106 EL4 tumor cells. Seven days later, mice established tumors were divided randomly into four groups of 5 animals each with comparable mean tumor sizes. One group was then left untreated; other three were received single i.n. and twice s.c. vaccination on days 7, 9 and 11 with EL4 cell lysate, Ub-depleted proteins and Ub-enriched proteins respectively. Tumor growth was measured three times a week. (B) Representing the tumor size of individual mice for each group. (C) The percent survival time of four EL4 tumor model groups. This data is from two experiments with similar results.
