The ratio between the grey levels of FOXM1 and β-actin of the each CRC cell lines through Western blotting (Lower). (B): Real-time PCR analysis of FOXM1 mRNA expression in HCT116, LOVO, DLD-1, SW480, SW620 cells. (C): the migration ability of SW480 and SW620 colon cancer cells. The data showed that SW620 cells presented higher levels of migration ability than SW480 cells. The experiments were repeated three times.
