From: Cell death induction by the BH3 mimetic GX15-070 in thyroid carcinoma cells
Decreased viability of thyroid carcinoma cells after incubation with GX15-070. Cells were cultured with increasing concentrations of GX15-070 or vehicle control for 48 h and viability was assessed by MTT assay. Values are reported as percent of vehicle control ± standard deviation. Values represent mean values of eight-fold determinations of a representative experiment.
