From: Cell death induction by the BH3 mimetic GX15-070 in thyroid carcinoma cells
Cell cycle changes in ML1 and C643 cells after incubation with 0.1 μM GX15-070 for 24 h. Cell cycle analysis was conducted using FACS, results are shown as examples. Besides the increase in SubG1 peak, in the remaining living cells an increase in the percentage of cells in G1 phase and a decrease in the percentage of cells in G2/M phase and S phase were observed.
