(b) The mRNA level of TMEM158 in 25 pairs of ovarian tumor and normal tissue was detected by real-time PCR. Positive log2 (Tumor/Normal) on the y-axis indicated increased expression of TMEM158 in tumor tissue while negative log2 indicated decreased expression of TMEM158 in tumor tissue. TMEM158 mRNA was significantly overexpressed in ovarian tumor tissues as compared with normal tissues (P < 0.001)
