TMEM158 expression was suppressed by RNAi in ovarian cancer cells. (a) TMEM158 expression in five ovarian cancer cell lines was detected by Western blotting and real-time PCR. GAPDH was used as internal control. Highest expression of TMEM158 were observed in A2780 and HO-8910 cells, which were chosen for further analysis.
