Cobimetinib mediated cytotoxicity against NB cells. Triplicate wells of cells from six NB cell lines were treated with increasing concentrations of cobimetinib or corresponding concentrations of vehicle control (DMSO) and cell viability was evaluated after four days in culture using automated microscopy.
