Microarray data were loaded into the ExPlain™ pathway search tool and key nodes were searched in the upstream pathways. Each key node is assigned a score based on its connectivity of the pathways. Molecules with higher score could be considered as key factors regulating the pathways related with distant metastasis of HNSCC
