Overexpression of TET3 reversed TGF-β1-induced EMT in ovarian cancer cells. Cells were exposed to negative control, negative control plus TGF-β1 and FH-TET3-pEF transiently transfection plus TGF-β1, respectively. a Quantitative real-time PCR showed that transfection of FH-TET3-pEF rescued TET3 mRNA level in TGF-β1-treated cells. b Western blot results and (c) the quantitative analysis indicated that transfection of FH-TET3-pEF rescued TET3 protein level in TGF-β1-treated cells. Meanwhile, E-cadherin decrease and N-cadherin, Vimentin and Snail increase caused by TGF-β1 were reversed by TET3 overexpression.
