After the silencing of SBF2-AS1, P21 was significantly upregulated as detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting (a). The RIP assay demonstrated that SBF2-AS1 could significantly bind to SUZ12 and EZH2 compared with the negative control IgG in A549 (b) and H1975 (c) cells. ChIP assay showed that the enrichment of SUZ12, EZH2, and H3K27me3 was decreased at the promoter region of P21 by the silencing of SBF2-AS1 in A549 cells (d).
