Cancer patient sera induced the transformation of BRCA1-KO fibroblasts. a NOD/SCID mice were injected with either control or BRCA1-KO fibroblasts, that were treated for 2 weeks with healthy individual (Control) or cancer patient sera. 4 weeks after cells transplantation, mice were euthanized and the tumors photographed.
