Hep3B cells were infected with SYNJ2BP lentivirus and control vector, HCCLM3 cells were also infected with shSYNJ2BP lentivirus and control vector. a Western blot was performed to verify transfection efficacy. Results showed that the Sequence 1 is much more effective than other two; and SYNJ2BP overexpression sequence increased expression level by more 90 %.
