PPI increased phosphorylation of SAPK/JNK in a time-dependent manner. A549 and PC9 cells were treated with PPI (1.6 μM) in the indicated times, and cell lysate was harvested and the expression of phosphorylated or total protein of SAPK/JNK were measured by Western blot. GAPDH was used as loading control. Values in bar graphs were given as the mean ± SD from three independent experiments. *Indicates significant difference as compared to the untreated control group (P < 0.05)
