JNK-c-Jun signal pathway may contributes to radiation-enhanced FasL expression. a SMMC7721 cells were treated with chemical inhibitors, SB203580 (p38), PD98059 (MAPK/ERK), LY294002 (PI3K/Akt), and SP600125 (SAPK/JNK) respectively for 60 min before irradiation.
