SMAD7 is involved in the regulation of IL-1R1 expression in PSCs. a Gene expression of SMAD7 and IL-1R1 from PSCs established from different patients (n = 19) were analysed by qPCR. PSCs were transfected with non-signaling siRNA (control) or SMAD7 siRNA (100nM) for 3 days.
