Deregulated expression of the long non-coding RNA HOTTIP in gliomas and glioma cell lines and over-expression of HOTTIP inhibited glioma cell proliferation. a HOTTIP expression was assessed by real-time PCR using SYBR Green in human glioma tissues and normal tissues.
