Over-expression of BRE inhibited cell proliferation and promoted cell apoptosis in the U87-MG and U118-MG glioma cell lines. a Forty-eight h after transfection of empty vector/pCDNA-BRE in U87-MG and U118-MG, flow cytometry assays were performed to assess cell apoptosis.
