Role of CD47/NF-ĸB pathway in UHRF1 regulation. a. CD47 activation induces IĸBα phosphorylation allowing the translocation of the active NF-ĸB complex (p50 or p65) into nucleus to activate the UHRF1 gene with subsequent p16 INK4A repression and enhanced cell proliferation. b.
