GANT61 enhanced the DNA damage effect initiated by TMZ treatment. a Western blot analysis showed an obviously decreased expression of Gli1 and Gli2 in cells treated with a combination of GANT61 and TMZ, compared to TMZ-treated U251 and U87 glioma cells. Cells were continuously exposed to 5 μM GANT61 or 100 μM TMZ for up to 48 h.
