Involvement of chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans on the effect of CMs from hATN and hATT on migration of MCF-7 and IBH-7 cells. Wound healing assay (a,b). MCF-7 and IBH-7 cells were grown until they reached 100% confluence. After, cells were wounded and hATN-, hATT- or control-CMs were added. CMs were pre-treated with Chondroitinase ABC (b) or PBS (a) for 1 h at 37 °C prior to the incubation of the cells. Images were captured at the wound instant and after 6 h.
