From: Cinchonine induces apoptosis of HeLa and A549 cells through targeting TRAF6
Cinchonine induces the early apoptosis. The apoptosis level of HeLa (a) and A549 (b) cells were measured using the Annexin V-FITC and Propidium iodide assay at 48 h after treatment with cinchonine. The results show cinchonine induces early apoptosis of cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Cis-platinum (16.7 μM) was used as a positive control.
