From: Cinchonine induces apoptosis of HeLa and A549 cells through targeting TRAF6
Cinchonine inhibited phosphorylation of TAK1. Cells were treated with cinchonine (180 μM) for 0, 3, 6,12, and 24 h. Western blotting was performed to determine the expression level of phosphorylation of TAK1. Result shows that cinchonine inhibited phosphorylation of TAK1. The results shown are the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01
