From: Cinchonine induces apoptosis of HeLa and A549 cells through targeting TRAF6
Changes of the expression levels of Bax/Bcl-2. Cells were treated with cinchonine (180 μM) for the indicated durations. Western blotting was subsequently performed to determine the expression of Bax/Bcl-2 in the cell lines. Result shows that the expression level of Bax was increased while Bcl-2 was decreased. The data represent mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01
