TP73-AS1 regulated HMGB1/RAGE expression and NF-κB targets cytokines levels through miR-200a a and b HepG2 and HCCLM3 cell lines were co-transfected with si-TP73-AS1 and miR-200a inhibitor. Then the protein levels of HMGB1, RAGE and NF-κB were determined by using Western blot assays.
