In vivo antitumor effects of TGZ. a Tumor volume. Balb/c male mice were subcutaneously inoculated in the back with MIA Paca2 cells (5 × 10⁶ cells) 14 days before the start of TGZ administration. Mice were then orally administered vehicle (control, n = 10) or 200 mg/kg of TGZ (n = 8) daily for 5 weeks.
