IL-27 increases mRNA expression of TAP1 and TAP2 genes. QRT-PCR analysis of TAP1 and TAP2 mRNA expression in IL-27- and IFN-γ-stimulated cells relative to untreated controls from five SCLC cell lines (NCI-N592, -H82, -H446, -H69 and -H146).
