Overexpression of FABP4 promotes the in vitro metastasis of Hccc-9810 cells. Hccc-9810 cells were treated with FABP4 recombinant adenovirus (1:100) and control adenovirus infection and adipose extracts cultivation. Bodipy immunofluorescence staining was performed to measure the intracellular lipids (a).
